Minimum carriage paid orders for the UK mainland is £150* nett. Orders below this value will be charged at the rates shown below using Fedex Service:
• Next Day (under carriage paid) = £9.95
• Next Day before 12pm = £19.95
• Next Day before 10am = £24.95
• Next Day before 9am = £29.95
• Saturday - Next Day = £35.00
• Saturday before 12pm = £45.00
• Saturday before 10am = £50.00
• Saturday before 9am = £60.00
• Direct Delivery = £14.95
Northern Ireland / Ireland, £400 carriage paid or £18.00 per box.
Claims for short deliveries must be notified within 7 days from date of signing to a member of our sales team, damaged goods need to be raised within 24 hours of signing.

Should you need to return products to us for any reason, the following procedures will help to ensure that we handle your request efficiently.
All returns must be authorised by the returns department.Once your request has been received, the returns department will send confirmation that we can/cannot accept the return for credit and confirm any re-stocking charges.

For every return requested, we will require the following details in order to process the paperwork: Items stock code, quantity and the original order number / invoice number
We will accept returns for full credit (excluding any original delivery fee) as long as we have been notified within 30 days from receipt of goods. All returned items will be subject to a £30.00+ VAT restocking charge outside the 30 days from receipt of goods. Any returns with a value over £200+ VAT will incur 20% restocking charge.
Any goods you wish to return or exchange for a different product, when re ordering if the order is under £150 there will be a carriage charge of £9.95. Northern Ireland / Ireland if the order is under £400 there will be a carriage charge of £18.00.
Goods to be returned to Zoo Architectural Hardware by the customer at their cost and must include Zoo returns paperwork. Any returns arriving back for credit without pre-authorisation will be refused.
Goods received back in anything other than resalable condition will result in a request for credit being refused.
Goods that have been held by you for longer than a period of 6 months from the date of invoice will not be considered for return and credit.
Zoo Architectural Hardware can arrange collection (UK Mainland) at the cost of £15.00+VAT for 1 box. Additional charges will apply for further boxes thereafter. Collections can only be arranged from the same address where the delivery was made. Missed collections or collections due to customer error will incur a charge. Pallet collections are subject to quotation.
We are unable to accept or exchange own branded stock and bespoke cylinder orders.
Any returns that are unauthorised or do not contain the official paperwork will be refused and returned to the customer.
Sale reps are not authorised to collect returns, please do not hand returns to your area rep as they will not be credited
Shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Notification outside the 7 day period will void any claim.
