Need to ask a question?

Do I have to have an account to order?

Yes, we only deal with trade customers. If you would like to apply for a trade account please go to the 'Apply for Account' section of this website (found in the footer) and your request will be sent to the sales manager in your area.

Do you sell to the public?

ZOO Hardware does not retail directly to the public. All of our products are available from various stockists located around the UK and Worldwide.

Is it possible for me to find out what finishes are available for your products?

We provide a full list of the product finishes we have available on both our website and in our Product Catalogue. Each finish has a code, for example Satin Stainless has the code 'SS'. These codes are represented within each product code, such as ZPS010SS refering to the ZPS010 Lever in Satin Stainless finish.

Do you have product dimensions available?

Product dimensions can be found within many of the product specifications we have for each individual product. Product specifications can be found on a vast amount of product pages within our website and our Product Catalogue. Any items without complete specifications at this time, we deemed did not have sufficient specific information to warrant a complete specification.

To find the dimensions you require, please locate the specific product page within our website. If the product specification does not contain the information you require, please feel free to contact our Sales team via any of the details available on our 'Contact Us' page.

How long does it take for you to ship your orders?

We know our customers rely on quality and delivery for their business, and ZOO Hardware never lets them down. All of our orders are Next Day Delivery as standard. In some cases, this may not be possible, depending on item quantity and time of order. But we will always get your orders to you as quickly as we possibly can.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Carlisle between 9.00am - 5.30pm.
